Outdoor dinner
Experience the swedish way of outdoor life!
We gather at a beautiful spot in the nature to cook and enjoy a 3-course dinner at the canpfire.
You will be actively involved in starting the campfire without matches or lighter and with the preparation of the dinner.
All main ingredients are from the region around Gränna.
Menu suggestion
Starter:
Swedish hash browns
Main:
Småland wrap with freshly baked bread filled with either Isterband*, ko-lomi** or smoked fished. Topped with greens after season and lingonberry dip.
* local speciality smoked sausage
** locally produced grill cheese
Dessert:
Campfire cinnamon buns or apple crunch with cinnamon and sugar
This is a private tour and you will not be mixed with other groups.

Good to know
Where do we meet? We meet in Örserum, ca 10 km outside of Gränna.
What should I wear? Clothes that is suitable for the weather and good shoes.
I eat vegetarian or have special dietary, can I still join the tour? Yes, we can adjust the meny for the most common dietary wishes. But it is important to let us know already in the booking request.
What happens if it rains? We will be outside :-) If needed we will set upp rain protection or move to a shelter.
What happens if there is a fire ban? In that case we will use gas camping stoves instead.
What time does the activity start? Usually at 5 pm. But we can adjust in most of the cases.
Can I book lunch instead of dinner? We will do this on request but we cannot promise.
Stories
We (a family with two boys) had an absolutely nice evening with Tobias. The outdoor dinner was perfectly organized at a nice area in the forest. Tobias explained a lot about the area and life in Sweden in general. Thanks for this great time in the nature.
